Civil/Structural Engineer (Water Treatment Industry)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to plan, design, and oversee the construction and maintenance of water treatment facilities, desalination plants, and sewage treatment infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in structural design, hydraulic engineering, and geotechnical analysis related to water and wastewater treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the construction of water treatment plants, desalination facilities, and sewage treatment infrastructure.
• Develop site layouts, structural designs, and hydraulic models for treatment systems.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety codes, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies for project approvals.
• Perform structural integrity assessments of treatment plant components, including concrete/steel tanks, reservoirs, and pipelines.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineers to ensure project success.
• Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and project documentation.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in the water treatment industry, including desalination, wastewater treatment, or sewage treatment plants.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, or similar design software.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic engineering, structural design, and geotechnical principles.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
