Job Description
- Supervise and manage construction activities on-site.
- Ensure that work is executed according to project plans, schedules, specifications, and regulations.
- Review construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with HSE guidelines and local regulations.
- Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including labor, materials, and costs.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly progress reports.
- Document any changes to the project scope, timelines, or resources.
- Monitor project budgets, making adjustments as necessary to stay within financial limits.
- Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Quickly address any issues or challenges on-site to avoid delays or costly mistakes.
- Work with designers and engineers to adjust project designs in response to unforeseen challenges.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience in construction project management, contracting with maintenance preferably in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of UAE building regulations and construction standards.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, MS Project).
- Proficiency in Excel for BOQ and Outlook for official emails is a MUST.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills. (Fluent in English is a must)
- Familiarity with health and safety guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and teams effectively.
