Civil Sales Officer

Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development:
   1. Identify new sales opportunities and actively pursue new business leads in the civil construction sector.
   2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
   3. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
2. Market Research & Analysis:
   1. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors' offerings.
   2. Monitor industry developments and identify potential areas for business growth.
3. Sales Support & Coordination:
   1. Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to clients.
   2. Coordinate with the technical and project management teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
   3. Follow up on sales leads and close deals effectively.
4. Client Liaison & Negotiation:
   1. Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
   2. Handle client queries, complaints, and resolve issues related to product delivery or service.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
   1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
   2. Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Experience:
   1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales within the civil construction industry.
   2. At least 6 years of experience in the UAE market.
2. Technical Knowledge:
   1. Strong understanding of civil construction products, services, and market dynamics.
   2. Knowledge of the construction sales cycle and tendering processes.
3. Soft Skills:
   1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
   2. Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
   3. Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
4. Educational Background:
   1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
