Technology Search Group is a staffing start-up founded by a 27 year veteran of the business in both recruiting and talent acquisition.

Technology Search Group is currently recruiting for Staffing Sales Representatives, commission based for 60 days. This position will start off as a commission based only role but will transition to a full-time salary role. The position comes with a substantial commission structure for both permanent placement and contract placement positions, and no caps.

What we look for in our sales team:

• A background in sales or business development; staffing sales would be nice but not required.
• Able to build long-term relationships that build trust.
• An eagerness to prove yourself in all situations and to come out on top.
• Highly motivated; our commission structure is unmatched.
• You want to get into a company that is in the early stages and not only help the company to grow but also have the potential for equity ownership in the future.
