Civil Procurement Engineer

Join our team as a Civil Procurement Engineer, where you'll play a key role in sourcing materials, equipment, and services for civil engineering projects.

Location: Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (On-site).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet project timelines and budgets.

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective sourcing.

Prepare and manage procurement documentation, ensuring compliance with policies.

Collaborate with project teams to define material requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Monitor supplier performance and resolve any quality or contractual issues.

Drive cost savings and process improvements in procurement operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus)

8-10 years of procurement experience in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of civil materials, supplier management & contract negotiation

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in procurement tools & legal compliance
