Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering and extensive experience in the oil & gas construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience, along with excellent English communication skills. As a Civil Foreman Engineer, you will oversee the daily operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on oil & gas projects.
2. Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions and diagrams to perform tasks assigned.
3. Monitor construction operations to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
4. Direct and lead workers engaged in construction activities, including excavation, construction, and installation.
5. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction specialists to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
6. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
7. Estimate material and worker requirements to complete jobs, managing inventories and ordering supplies as necessary.
8. Ensure quality control standards are met and that construction activities move according to predetermined schedules.
9. Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
