Job Title: Civil Foreman

Civil Foreman plays a crucial role in the success of construction projects. Their leadership, organizational skills, and technical expertise ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing project timelines, resource allocation, and work schedules.
Manage labour, equipment, and materials, ensuring all resources are effectively utilized.
Ensure construction meets standards through regular inspections and prompt issue resolution.
Enforce safety regulations, lead safety meetings, and ensure workers have protective gear.
Address onsite challenges including technical issues and staffing concerns.
Maintain clear communication among teams, project managers, clients, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.

Requirements

Requirements:

34 years of experience as a Civil Foreman.
Valid driving license with at least 1 year of experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Solid understanding of construction procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
Proficient in interpreting technical documents and drawings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

Relevant certification or degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred.
