Civil Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in overseeing civil construction projects and ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily activities of construction sites to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
2. Lead and manage a team of workers, including laborers, carpenters, and other construction personnel
3. Ensure all construction work is compliant with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations
4. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and progress
5. Monitor work quality and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
6. Prepare and submit daily work reports and update project progress to senior management

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar role in civil construction
2. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety procedures, and quality standards
3. Strong leadership and communication skills
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
