Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing project timelines, resource allocation, and work schedules.
• Manage labour, equipment, and materials, ensuring all resources are effectively utilized.
• Ensure construction meets standards through regular inspections and prompt issue resolution.
• Enforce safety regulations, lead safety meetings, and ensure workers have protective gear.
• Address onsite challenges including technical issues and staffing concerns.
• Maintain clear communication among teams, project managers, clients, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.

Requirements:

• 34 years of experience as a Civil Foreman.
• Valid driving license with at least 1 year of experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of construction procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Proficient in interpreting technical documents and drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

• Relevant certification or degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred.
