Civil Foreman

• Project Coordination: Oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring tasks are completed according to project plans and timelines.
• Team Leadership: Manage and supervise construction crews, assign tasks, and provide guidance and training to team members.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Resource Management: Coordinate the procurement and utilization of materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient project execution.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and address any issues that may arise.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between workers, supervisors, and project managers, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any on-site challenges promptly to prevent project delays.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Proven UAE experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
• Skills: Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
  
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification.
• Physical Requirements: Good physical condition and stamina to handle the demands of the construction site.

Working Conditions:

• Work is primarily conducted outdoors at construction sites, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions.
• Regular interaction with construction crews, supervisors, and other professionals.
• Occasional travel between different project sites may be required.
