Civil Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing civil infrastructure maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily infrastructure maintenance activities on-site
• Interpret and implement project plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and company policies
• Manage and motivate construction crews to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project timelines
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
• Monitor and report on project progress, including budget and schedule updates
• Identify and requisition necessary materials, equipment, and resources for projects
• Implement and maintain proper safety protocols on the construction site
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil infrastructure maintenance projects, with a proven track record of successful project completion
