Civil Foreman
We are searching for a Civil Building Foreman who can join right away. The candidate needs to have strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and oversee construction employees. UAE experience in building and construction as a supervisor is required.

Duties

1. Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
2. Produce schedules and monitor attendance of the team.
3. Designate basic and everyday obligations.
4. Manage and train employees and tradespeople.
5. Ensure workforce and resources are sufficient.
6. Guarantee all safety measures and quality standards are met.
7. Monitor the use of equipment and devices.
8. Monitor costs and ensure they remain within budget.
9. Address issues as they arise.
10. Report on progress to supervisors and engineers.

Needs and Skills

1. Proven experience as a construction supervisor.
2. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH standards.
3. Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
4. Capability to review drawings, plans, and specifications.
5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
6. Ability to communicate and report effectively.
7. Aptitude in mathematics.
8. Problem-solving abilities.
9. Good physical condition and stamina.
10. High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter, etc.).

Job Type

Full Time.

Salary

AED 3,500.00 - AED 4,500.00 per month.
