Job Description

1. Responsible for job card preparation and its variations.
2. Responsible for profitability of the projects.
3. Responsible for rising of requisition for material of various projects.
4. Responsible for payment certificate collection from main contractor.
5. Responsible for monthly site measurement, billing and keeping material update records at site.
6. Responsible for inspection request for approval from the consultants.
7. Responsible for daily allocation of laborers to various sites as per the site requirement.
8. Taking approval from BDM/Divisional Manager for deployment of subcontractors.
9. Inspection request/check list for approval from the consultants/Main contractor.
10. Execution of works as per Main contractor’s construction program.
11. Time card filling of laborers.
12. Quality (Visual Inspection) & Quantity verification to ensure the received goods are as per the SMR.
13. Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Quality assurance with adherence to the ISO Procedures.
14. Enforces safety and operational policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience in the installation of underground utilities/roads in the Right Of Way in Dubai.
