We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As an Emirati national, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the development and implementation of various civil engineering projects across the UAE.

1. Design and develop civil engineering plans, specifications, and technical reports for infrastructure projects
2. Perform complex calculations and analysis to ensure structural integrity and compliance with local building codes
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and government officials
4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion
5. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control
6. Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to stakeholders
7. Stay updated on industry trends, innovative technologies, and sustainable engineering practices
8. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the engineering team
9. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and environmental standards

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
2. Minimum 0-2 years of experience in civil engineering projects within the UAE
3. Professional Engineer (PE) certification is highly desirable
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant structural analysis software
5. Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and construction industry standards
6. Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills
7. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
8. Experience with project management tools and methodologies
9. Familiarity with local environmental regulations and sustainability practices
10. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
11. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
12. UAE national (Emirati) status is required for this position
