Civil Engineer / Renovations Specialist

Description

We are seeking a skilled whole house renovations specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the Gulf job market and a strong background in home renovations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of home renovation projects, from planning and design to construction and final walkthrough. The candidate should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of home renovation projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences for their renovation projects
• Develop and present design proposals and cost estimates to clients
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines and budgets are met
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that arise
• Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for each project
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses and invoices

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in home renovations
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in the Gulf region
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
