Job Description

• Manage interior fit-out projects from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and HSE standards
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Prepare project schedules, BOQs, and material specifications
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Oversee drainage and storm water management efforts
• Monitor progress to ensure quality and timely delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in the commercial and residential sectors, with a portfolio showcasing diverse fit-out projects across various industries.
• Strong technical skills in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools essential for effective visualization.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and creativity in overcoming design challenges while adhering to budget and schedule constraints.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in fit-out/interior works
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant software
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
