Job Description

• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the optimal design and layout for fit-out projects.
• Collaborate closely with architects and design teams to ensure that fit-out designs align with structural capabilities and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all fit-out activities are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
• Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, ensuring that they meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to facilitate seamless execution of fit-out works on-site.
• Perform regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation throughout the project lifecycle to track progress and communicate with stakeholders.
• Implement sustainable practices and innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and environmental impact of fit-out projects.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the execution of fit-out works, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies that can improve fit-out processes and enhance project outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with a strong emphasis on structural design and project management.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in fit-out projects, showcasing a proven track record in high-quality delivery.
• Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is highly preferred to demonstrate project management expertise.
• Experience working in commercial or residential fit-out sectors, highlighting versatility in project types.
• Preference for candidates with GCC experience, understanding regional construction practices and regulations.
• Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a valuable asset.
• Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software to facilitate precise project planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of guiding teams and driving projects to successful completion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to navigate challenges in a dynamic construction environment.
