Civil Engineer - Emirati

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As an Emirati national, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the development and implementation of various civil engineering projects across the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop civil engineering plans, specifications, and technical reports for infrastructure projects.
• Perform complex calculations and analysis to ensure structural integrity and compliance with local building codes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and government officials.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control.
• Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, innovative technologies, and sustainable engineering practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering projects within the UAE.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant structural analysis software.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and construction industry standards.
• Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with local environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE national (Emirati) status is required for this position.
