We are currently looking for a Civil Engineer to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Main Purpose of Role:

Core Engineering Role to produce the volume of engineering activities on projects and within the business as required.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with relevant discipline from a recognized university.
2. Master’s degree in relevant discipline will be an added advantage.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):

Essential: 6 -10 years of Oil & Gas Design Experience.

Advantage: Previous experience in the Region.

Technical Knowledge and Skills (Discipline Specific):

1. Knowledge of basic engineering processes.
2. Familiarity with international codes, standards, and engineering practices.
3. Must be familiar with all aspects of design from concept to detailed design.
4. Technical analysis of engineering problems.
5. Must possess a strong technical background in the design of petroleum refineries, process plants, onshore and offshore pipelines, and crude oil tank farms.
6. Must have experience in the preparation of scope of works, civil design basis, civil specifications, architectural plans, sections, elevations, and drawings.
7. Must be able to generate detailed calculations and drawings for all civil and RC / steel structures.
8. Ability to review vendor documentation, civil specifications, geotechnical and topographical reports.
9. Must have the ability to prepare engineering deliverables as per company technical competency standards.
