We are a leading construction consultancy firm based in the UAE, providing expert advisory, design, and project management services for a variety of infrastructure, residential, and commercial projects. We are looking for a talented Civil Engineer to join our team and bring their expertise to both new and ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Design: Develop, plan, and execute civil engineering designs for infrastructure, residential, and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with local and international codes and standards.
2. Consultancy Services: Provide expert advice on construction methodologies, materials, and structural systems to clients, ensuring project feasibility and optimal outcomes.
3. Technical Reports & Documentation: Prepare detailed technical reports, engineering drawings, and project specifications. Review project plans, designs, and calculations.
4. Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Estimate project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment. Assist in preparing tenders and budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions for clients.
5. Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design, quality standards, and safety regulations.
6. Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure smooth execution of projects and resolve any technical or design issues.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all civil engineering projects comply with UAE building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during the design and construction phases.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on design, project management, and construction consultancy, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
3. Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, construction standards, and industry practices.
4. Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and STAAD.Pro.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, or utilities.
2. Familiarity with sustainable and green building practices.
3. Professional certification or membership in an engineering society is a plus (e.g., Society of Engineers UAE).
