Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, design, and oversight of construction projects involving our modified clay materials. This role requires a deep understanding of civil engineering principles, project management, and sustainable building practices.

Requirements

1. 7 Years Experience
2. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.
3. Currently in Dubai, UAE is a plus
4. Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
5. Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
6. Great leadership and organizational skills.
7. Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
8. Great written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Design:
2. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
3. Create and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
4. Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections.
5. Construction Management:
6. Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
7. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
8. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
9. Quality Assurance:
10. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
11. Identify and resolve any engineering or construction issues.
12. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
13. Documentation and Reporting:
14. Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
15. Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and updates.
