Civil Engineer

1. Direct day to day corrective maintenance activities at project site including daily scheduling of programs and handling the complete resources in project dedicated to civil works.
2. Ensuring efficient and competent handling of resources without losing man hours at site and following up till every work is completed at site in coordination with site supervisor/foreman.
3. Assisting project manager in implementation of corrective maintenance works from work order receipt to close out period.
4. Assist in chasing/follow up and closing the work orders in compliance to target finish date.
5. Conduct inspection at site with regards to record and rectify the defects and submit proposals for its rectification works.
6. Develop required documents for site implementation such as method statement, cost estimate, and specifications as per BOQ/Contract for current maintenance contract.
7. Preparation/review of joint measurement sheets to be submitted to RTA upon completion of each CM work comparing with plan and actual.
8. Routine coordination with RTA for site issues & undertakes joint inspections upon completion of each work.
9. Coordination with any subcontractors/suppliers for the completion of all the works on/before time.
10. Regularly study the new developments taking place in construction/maintenance industry and keep up to date knowledge in different areas of the domain.
11. Efficient tracking and follow up of the work orders created through Maximo software and coordinating to complete the work orders competently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering from a reputed university.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar capacity in Infrastructure projects.
