Job Description:

Experts Plus is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with experience in villa construction to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that designs are implemented accurately, and that safety and compliance regulations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of civil engineering projects related to villa construction.
• Prepare, review, and modify project plans, specifications, and budget estimates.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and quality control checks to ensure project adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with other professionals to determine design specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors and laborers at the construction site.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local building codes.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project team members.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in civil engineering, specifically in villa construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in engineering software and design tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
