Business Development: Actively prospect and generate new client leads for our interior design services targeting potential clients in various sectors (residential, commercial, hospitality).
Client Acquisition: Approach and engage prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present our engineering consultancy and interior design services. Convert leads into long-term clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients explaining the benefits of our design solutions. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design and engineering teams to understand client needs and ensure the smooth delivery of services.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, lead status, and targets.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the interior design or engineering consultancy sectors. Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
