Job Description

Job Purpose: Preferred UAE Driving License
To oversee construction projects and ensure all documentation is compliant with company policies and regulations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee construction projects by coordinating with various teams.
2. Conduct site investigations and assessments to gather essential data for design and analysis.
3. Track project progress against the schedule and provide updates to stakeholders.
4. Identify potential delays and provide mitigation strategies.
5. Maintain accurate records of all project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
6. Ensure proper documentation standards are followed, including version control.
7. Manage the distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
8. Ensure timely dissemination of updated documents and revisions.
9. Maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
10. Archive completed project records for future reference.
11. Coordinate with project teams to ensure all documentation requirements are met.
12. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather necessary documentation.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
