Civil Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled Civil Draftsman to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role involves preparing detailed technical drawings and plans for civil construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local standards.

Responsibilities

Create detailed civil drawings like site plans, elevations, sections using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.

Ensure all drawings comply with UAE's standards and project specifications.

Collaborate with the Civil Project Manager and engineers to incorporate design changes and specifications.

Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination plans as required.

Maintain an organized drawing database and ensure version control for all documentation.

Assist in resolving on-site drafting-related queries and support project execution.

Participate in project meetings to align drawings with construction progress.

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Draftsman, preferably in the UAE.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of BIM is a plus.

Strong understanding of civil construction practices and UAE regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
