Full Job Description

Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree / M. Degree in construction management, civil engineering, construction science, architecture, or a related field is typically required.

Experience: 6 to 10 years experience as a Construction Manager in Contracting Field, High Rise Building, Villas, Commercial etc.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management:
   Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
   Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
2. Resource Management:
   Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
   Manage labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources.
3. Quality Control and Safety:
   Ensure projects comply with all safety and building regulations.
   Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
4. Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:
   Address any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
   Implement solutions to keep projects on track.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
   Maintain thorough project documentation.
   Prepare reports on project progress, budget status, and other metrics for stakeholders.
