CIVIL 3D UTILITY MODELER

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage detailed 3D models for roads and wet/dry utilities using Civil 3D and Revit.
2. Create accurate drawings layouts and design documentation to support infrastructure projects.
3. Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements.
4. Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM software.
5. Ensure models are developed per GCC standards and project specifications.
6. Maintain and update project documentation ensuring version control and data integrity.
7. Assist in the preparation of quantities reports and presentations for design coordination meetings.

Key Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong expertise in Civil 3D and Revit software.
3. Experience working on roads and wet/dry utilities projects.
4. Work experience in GCC countries is a must.
5. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
6. Strong understanding of BIM methodologies and model coordination.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
8. Must be locally available in the UAE and able to join immediately.
