About noon

noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

About noon Food

Noon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, offering fair commissions, a sustainable program, and operating flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. The most recent addition to the noon ecosystem, the noon Food mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, firmly putting the control and success back in the hands of retailers.

What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage the account management team to achieve ambitious targets
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success and professional development
  • Support the team in closing deals when needed as well as owning key account negotiations personally

Commercial Strategy And Planning

  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales to develop account management strategies for Abu Dhabi & Al ain.
  • Creative and data driven initiatives to improve revenue , increase market share and restaurant retention programmes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders with high value national accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis to identify areas of improvement and drive account growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

What You'll Need

  • 3-5 years of experience managing team(s)
  • Proven track record of success in direct sales as well as managing teams
  • Building a culture of high performance, momentum and joint sense of purpose
  • Food delivery/tech experience experience is a plus
  • Proficient in data analysis, excel, etc.
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Fluency in English. Arabic language skills are an advantage
