We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team, specializing in providing expert guidance on residency and citizenship programs. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consult with clients to understand their requirements for residency or citizenship programs and provide expert advice.
2. Schedule and manage sales appointments with clients to drive engagement and conversions.
3. Identify and address potential challenges, investigating and implementing solutions proactively.
4. Develop strategies to enhance the appeal of products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs.
5. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times.
6. Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager in Dubai.
7. Continuously expand and apply in-depth knowledge of products and services.
8. Collaborate effectively with both B2B and B2C clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. At least 1 year of experience in Citizenship and Immigration Services or a related field.
2. Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
5. Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
6. A commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding company and client information.
