While in the healthcare sector, we work with government authorities and private entities; we are associated with international banks and NASDAQ-listed multinational companies in the financial industry.

The Role

• Establishing long term goals as well as quarterly and annual business objectives and developing high quality business strategies and plans to deliver these.
• Managing the P&L and driving the business toward the achievement of business objectives.
• Ensuring that the Company's operations are consistent with its overall strategy and mission and fostering a strong organisational culture in line with the company's values.
• Hiring and coaching commercial as well as product development teams towards high performance and engagement.
• Representing the Company with clients, investors and business partners.
• Managing a team of 11-50 people.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
• You are a seasoned leader with strong experience in managing P&Ls and driving growth within organisations.
• You have working knowledge of CPT coding and / or have CPC certifications.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
• You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams.
