Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Chocolate Shop Manager in the food and beverage sector to join our team at the new branch in Abu Dhabi. The candidate must be available in the UAE and have sales experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing chocolate shops or in the food and beverage sector.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage the team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the chocolate shop, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract customers and enhance brand visibility in the local community.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock of both chocolates and shop merchandise.
• Train, mentor, and lead a team of chocolatiers and sales staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Design and execute seasonal chocolate collections and special promotions, collaborating with chefs and suppliers.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Manage the shop's budget and financial reports, including sales forecasting and expense tracking.
• Cultivate relationships with suppliers, local businesses, and community organizations to enhance shop presence.
