About the Client

Our client is a growing company in the crypto & fiat space, developing financial solutions for high risk merchants. They’re looking for a skilled Sales Manager to expand their global presence.

Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will lead efforts to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth in the fintech sector. Your work will directly expand the adoption of crypto payment solutions across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in High-Risk, including iGaming, Forex and Dating.
  2. Develop and manage a sales pipeline using CRM and automation tools.
  3. Identify market challenges and deliver tailored solutions to foster long-term B2B relationships.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and align project goals.
  5. Prepare compelling sales presentations, demos, and proposals for clients.
  6. Proactively source new business opportunities and manage them from lead generation to closure.

Requirements

  1. 2 plus years of experience in sales or business development within the crypto processing industry.
  2. Proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  3. Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing performance tools.
  4. Experience in working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  5. Fluent in English and Chinese.
