Chiller Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Operate, monitor & maintain large tonnage centrifugal liquid chillers and equipment at the DC plant.
2. Execute preventive maintenance tasks within the stipulated time frame.
3. Perform all corrective maintenance job requests within the prescribed time frame.
4. Be a crew member during emergencies in the event of fire or flood and perform the stipulated role assigned.
5. Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
6. Assist and guide external contractors whenever required.
7. Minimum knowledge required for cooling tower chemical treatment & chilled water treatment.
8. Able to read and interpret blueprint drawings.
9. Electrical Services Maintenance.
10. Able to diagnose, service, and maintain electrical installations and equipment in a typical HV Substation.
11. Demonstrate knowledge and skills in lighting equipment, alarm systems, power distribution, and emergency systems.
12. Demonstrate basic skills in electrical circuit connections and operate direct machine equipment.
13. Must have the ability to write technical reports.
14. Able to understand and give instructions in English.
15. Follow all relevant safety, quality, and environmental control procedures and instructions.

Qualifications:

Minimum Air Conditioning Diploma required.

Other Requirements:

1. Able to carry out operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of centralized air-conditioning units including chillers and air handling units, and all other associated components, controls, and electrical peripherals of HVAC systems.
2. Good commanding power and computer knowledge required.
