Child Care Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead and motivate Kids Club staff, ensuring smooth operations during shifts.
• Activity Planning: Develop diverse activities to engage children and promote development.
• Customer Service: Greet parents/guardians, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
• Safety Supervision: Maintain a secure environment and supervise children during activities.
• Administrative Duties: Complete paperwork, manage inventory, and update policies as needed.
• Collaboration: Work with management to ensure effective communication and adherence to guidelines.

What are we looking for?

• High School Graduate or equivalent required
• Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
• Intermediate English language skills
• Basic computer knowledge
