Position Overview:

On behalf of our client, a leading real estate organization in the region, we are hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong focus on PropTech innovation. This leadership role will be instrumental in driving the integration of cutting-edge technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain to optimize operations, enhance customer experiences, and position the organization as a technology leader in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy and Vision

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy in alignment with the client’s real estate goals and PropTech ambitions.
• Identify and assess emerging technologies, tools, and platforms that can deliver measurable value to the business.

PropTech Integration

• Lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions for property management, predictive analytics, and customer insights.
• Oversee the adoption of IoT technologies to create smart buildings, improve energy efficiency, and elevate tenant experiences.
• Explore and implement blockchain applications for secure transactions, smart contracts, and transparent property records.

Leadership and Team Development

• Build and lead a dynamic technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop technical talent, ensuring alignment with the organization’s technological vision.

Operational Excellence

• Optimize real estate operations by leveraging automation, digital platforms, and technology-driven process improvements.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols are in place.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with leadership, property managers, and cross-functional teams to understand their challenges and propose technology-based solutions.
• Represent the client in external forums, highlighting their commitment to technological innovation.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within the real estate or PropTech domain.
• Strong knowledge of AI, IoT, blockchain, and their applications in real estate operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead digital transformation initiatives, including smart building technologies and automation.
• Experience in building and managing high-performing technology teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
