Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the overall technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
- Oversee the delivery of client projects, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and security across all solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the technical team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, creative teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to improve the agency’s service offerings and product development.
- Manage the technical architecture of solutions, including web development, mobile app development, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure seamless integration of third-party tools and services to enhance client solutions (e.g., CMS, CRM, e-commerce platforms).
- Oversee the implementation of DevOps, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and agile methodologies.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) for all client solutions.
- Analyze technology performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Manage the agency’s technology budget and ensure effective resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Foster a collaborative environment between technical, creative, and account teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CTO, Technical Director, or senior technical leader in a digital agency or consulting firm.
- Strong background in web development, mobile app development, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Expertise in managing digital projects and client solutions in areas such as websites, e-commerce, digital marketing, or CRM.
- Proficiency with agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in growing and leading technical teams.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and account management departments.
- Deep understanding of data security, compliance, and privacy regulations relevant to digital solutions.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology strategy with client and business goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused digital agency.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CMS tools, and marketing technology (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Previous experience with managing client accounts or consulting on digital solutions.
