Position Overview:

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for overseeing the development and dissemination of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase business. This executive position requires a deep understanding of the RegTech landscape, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive technological advancements in line with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:
   • Develop and implement the company's technology strategy to align with business goals and objectives.
   • Lead the technology team to deliver innovative and effective RegTech solutions.
   • Provide strategic direction and oversight for all technical aspects of the company, including product development, software engineering, and IT operations.
2. Product Development:
   • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring products meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
   • Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
   • Ensure the adoption of best practices in software development, including agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
3. Technology Innovation:
   • Drive innovation and explore emerging technologies to enhance the company's product offerings.
   • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in RegTech and related fields.
   • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the organization.
4. Team Management:
   • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
   • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities.
   • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between technology teams and other departments.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
   • Ensure that all technology solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
   • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to stay informed about changes in the regulatory landscape and adapt the technology strategy accordingly.
6. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
   • Present the company's technology vision and strategy to clients, investors, and other external parties.
   • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts and enhance the company's market position.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within the RegTech, FinTech, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and technology trends in the RegTech space.
• Demonstrated success in leading product development and technology innovation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software development frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
