Salesforce CRM/ERP designing, developing, enhancements, and maintaining custom development solutions to meet business needs.
Leading data analytics efforts to help identify trends within our business.
Developing reports as per management requirements in CRM software.
Developing and maintaining high-class websites for Adam Group and running SEO activities.
Designing and running PPC and digital marketing campaigns.
Providing onsite support as needed and taking the IT department to the next level.
Collaborating with other development teams as necessary.
Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance, including annual maintenance contracts.
Selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary.
Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively.
Maximizing utilization of the existing systems.
Generating performance reports for operating systems.
Providing standardized reports for all departments.
Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
Evaluating technology risks to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.
Business automation to improve the service levels of all departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Chief Technology Officer or 10 years as an Executive IT Leader.
In-depth knowledge of CRM, Salesforce, web development/designing, .Net, SEO, and networking.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
