Chief Strategy & Investment Officer

We are hiring a Chief Strategy & Investment Officer - UAE National.

This role is crucial in identifying new business opportunities, optimising portfolios, and ensuring financial security and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute corporate vision, strategies, and investment plans with the Group CEO.
2. Lead cross-functional strategy development, ensuring alignment with the organisation's mission and goals.
3. Oversee investment strategies, M&A targets, and market research to enhance financial performance.
4. Implement innovation strategies to keep the organisation at the forefront of digital ventures and technological advancements.
5. Manage the Executive Office operations, ensuring effective communication with the Board of Directors and alignment with strategic objectives.
6. Control budget preparation, monitor financial performance, and manage capital structure.

Salary: AED 100k + Schooling + Education.

Requirements:

1. Masters degree in Business Administration or Strategic Management (preferred).
2. 10-12 years of experience in strategy, innovation, investment, or corporate finance.
3. Strong leadership, financial modeling, and strategic thinking skills.
