Chief Strategy & Investment Officer

We are hiring a Chief Strategy & Investment Officer - UAE National.

This role is crucial in identifying new business opportunities, optimising portfolios, and ensuring financial security and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute corporate vision, strategies, and investment plans with the Group CEO.
• Lead cross-functional strategy development, ensuring alignment with the organisations mission and goals.
• Oversee investment strategies, M&A targets, and market research to enhance financial performance.
• Implement innovation strategies to keep the organisation at the forefront of digital ventures and technological advancements.
• Manage the Executive Office operations, ensuring effective communication with the Board of Directors and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Control budget preparation, monitor financial performance, and manage capital structure.

Salary: AED 100k + Schooling + Education.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Strategic Management (preferred).
• 10-12 years of experience in strategy, innovation, investment, or corporate finance.
• Strong leadership, financial modeling, and strategic thinking skills.
