Chief Specialist - Talent Planning & Acquisition

Job Description

1. Prepare yearly Nationalization Plans that are communicated to departments and are reviewed on a monthly basis to ensure adherence.
2. Prepare the yearly Manpower budget to be reviewed by the Manpower Planning Committee for submission to the RTA Board.
3. Study all new requirements for positions and classification and provide recommendations to the Manpower Planning Committee or the HRD Director or Section Manager as required.
4. Analyze, study, and identify manpower needs and requirements.
5. Develop operating manpower policies and systems consistent with best practices for review by higher management.
6. Participate in formalizing all processes, procedures, and standards related to manpower planning and budgeting for the manpower planning function.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration from a recognized University with 11 years of experience.

Skills

• Excellent knowledge of planning techniques and the ability to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate, and manage functions, systems, and procedures, HR law of Dubai government.
• Minimum 10 years experience in the related field of Human Resources Planning.
