Job description

JOB PURPOSE

Study, follow-up, coordinate, and ensure the successful implementation and administration of quality systems as per the stated guidelines and requirements of ISO 9001 international standards through RTA. Coordinate all issues related to Quality standards, manuals, Corporate Performance Indicators, and all their related procedures and workflows.

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Participate in the planning, development, and coordination of educational programs as appropriate to quality, environmental, and safety program needs or services.
  2. Plan, organize, and schedule the Internal Quality Audit(s), including form, nominate and train the selected internal auditors, and review the quality audit reports.
  3. Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
  4. Promote Quality awareness and the concepts of continual improvement across RTA.
  5. Ensure the accomplishment of required tasks to achieve the department objectives on time to the concerned supervisor.
  6. Provide feedback to the management about the performance of the quality system through the Internal Quality Audit so that the same can be reviewed for possible improvement of the system.
  7. Monitor all corrective and preventive actions along with the possible control of non-conformance for the overall service being provided by RTA for their timely completion and effectiveness based on the decisions taken during management reviews.
  8. Contribute in maintaining necessary records of the management reviews conducted during the Quality management meetings.
  9. Actively contribute to the orientation program for new employees including the clarification of their roles and job descriptions.
  10. Report on the performance of the QMS, KPIs, and highlight any need for improvements, promoting awareness through Internal Quality Audit.
  11. Team up with other quality teams regarding quality assurance issues and activities, providing direct support to every quality event and ensuring all relevant issues are addressed and actions taken as needed.
  12. Contribute to amending the entire RTA quality system as well as the necessary authority and responsibility to ensure that the requirements of the quality system are effectively implemented and maintained at all stages of operations of the organization.
  13. Develop and control the issue and amendment along with the revisions of the quality manual, flow charts, work structures, forms, KPI plan, and procedures.
  14. Participate actively, and provide recommendations and assistance to assigned cross-functional improvements, participating in some functional quality improvement teams as and when required.
  15. Organize Quality Management Meetings to facilitate the Management Review and maintain the records for the same.
  16. Ensure coordination with Certification (Registration) Bodies and Consultants on matters relating to quality.
  17. Ensure the timely and effective implementation of all agreed and suggested preventive and corrective actions.

EDUCATION

  1. Master's Degree in Business Administration from a recognized University.
  2. 10 years of working experience.
