Job Description:
Provide specialized field experience and support to achieve the underlying objectives of the application of corporate governance best practices.
- Develop and maintain benchmarking framework and establish strong relations with benchmarking partners through conducting field visits and adopting the best practices and cultural environment in the company needs and environment.
- Identify and prepare terms of reference (TOR) for potential development projects in accordance with the recognized international standards and excellence framework.
- Develop governance plans, policies, and frameworks, methodologies in accordance with global best practices, standards, and companies' strategy and plans.
- Advise on governance initiatives projects to raise the degree of awareness within the company to the best fit of institutional governance maturity models and in accordance with international best practices.
- Review, on an ongoing basis, internal programs and processes to identify areas where there may be barriers to a successful work culture or to the existing processes.
- Develop and maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the provided services.
- Advise in aligning corporate strategy with corporate governance initiatives, business processes, objectives, through analyzing, interpreting business requirements and advising in the development of optimized business processes, improvement framework in full alliance with strategic directions and related laws and regulations.
- Advise in alignment of organizational development opportunities with strategic directions of the whole organization.
- Develop, enhance and maintain governance standards concerning the systems/applications that support the area functional teams and contribute to the area of business process management teams.
- Mentor the development projects, in reference to the defined business needs and international standards.
- Participate in preparation on the development & improvement plans to enhance and improve business performance and level of customer satisfaction.
- Review and analyze the assessment results and define the potential areas of improvement in conjunction with the business and market needs towards increasing customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Corporate Governance, or Management
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a large service organization
- Certification in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Project Management, Risk Management, or related
- Knowledge of Kings Code, OECD governance aspects, and other governance maturity models
