Position Summary:

Based in Dubai, the role will involve overseeing a high-capacity solar project, with cross-border responsibilities in strategic markets like Central and East Asia. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth with operational intelligence to drive end-to-end execution, spanning engineering workflows, strategic sourcing, and site-level integration.

Primary Functions & Objectives:

Strategic Operational Design:

• Architect scalable processes that align with enterprise goals.
• Partner with top-level leadership to co-create performance blueprints.
• Roll out transformation projects focused on agility, cost dynamics, and structural growth.

Execution Oversight:

• Command central and regional activities encompassing engineering, supplier alignment, on-site delivery, and regulatory adherence.
• Ensure precision across timelines, cost parameters, and quality assurance mandates.
• Foster operational synergies through optimized deployment of human and technical capital.

Cross-Border Project Navigation:

• Drive an international renewable energy infrastructure project exceeding 200MW capacity in South-Central Asia.
• Direct engagement in deal structuring, supplier liaison, and contractual navigation.
• Deliver executive-level progress intelligence to stakeholders.

Global Coordination & Travel:

• Conduct frequent field missions across strategic supply and execution hubs.
• Liaise with regional authorities, delivery partners, and institutional counterparts to align project success.

Team Empowerment:

• Curate a high-output taskforce spanning technical, sourcing, financial, and delivery domains.
• Establish mechanisms for capability building and proactive team evolution.

Financial Governance:

• Sync with fiscal strategists to oversee capital deployment, cash flow planning, and return optimization.
• Leverage performance metrics and operational analytics for fiscal tuning.

Risk & Compliance:

• Enforce elevated standards in workforce safety, site protocols, and statutory frameworks.
• Build robust contingency frameworks to handle operational disruptions.

Professional Credentials:

• Academic Background: Undergraduate credentials in Tech or Business. A postgraduate specialization in strategy or management is preferred.
• Domain Mastery: A decade-plus leadership track, with substantial tenure in the renewable buildout ecosystem.
• Project Scale Exposure: Demonstrable oversight of multi-regional infrastructure programs with high energy output.
• Mobility: Open to regular travel across East Asia, the Middle East, and South Asia.
• Technical Fluency: In-depth orientation in solar energy systems and integrated EPC value chains.
• Organizational Leadership: Experience managing multidisciplinary, multicultural delivery cohorts.
• Fiscal Fluency: Proficient in budgetary control, cost optimization, and ROI strategies.
