Chief Operating Officer, Crypto Platform - Dubai

A well-funded and dynamic start-up that is looking to provide a first-rate service to institutional and private clients within the digital asset space is looking to hire a Chief Operating Officer. The firm is very well connected throughout the Middle East, and has a very experienced founding team which puts them in a very strong position for successful growth. The platform has recently enjoyed a very public partnership with a major partner, and is now looking to harness this publicity for further commercial success. The platform has all necessary licenses and funding, and is looking to fill this position urgently.

Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for all operational aspects of the platform, ensuring smooth processes across the board.
2. Work closely with the wider senior leadership team to create a compelling strategy for growth.
3. Manage treasury operations and engage potential investors (e.g. Sovereign wealth funds, Family offices).

Qualifications

1. Strong operational experience and knowledge around digital assets.
2. Keen commercial mindset with a strong and relevant network in the Middle East.
3. Experience in a regulated environment.
4. Fluency in English; post-graduate or professional qualifications (MBA/CFA etc.) are a major positive.
