Job Description:

We are seeking an Operations Manager / COO with a proven track record of streamlining operations, implementing efficient systems, and managing diverse teams. This role is ideal for a motivated individual ready to take ownership of day-to-day operations while ensuring the scalability and sustainability of processes. You will lead a growing team of 9 staff members and work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and optimise daily operations across multiple departments to ensure seamless execution.
2. Lead a team of 9 employees, comprising 3 senior and 6 junior staff members, fostering collaboration and mentorship.
3. Design and implement internal systems and processes to enhance efficiency and workflow.
4. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute strategic business plans.
5. Monitor operational budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's financial objectives.
6. Evaluate existing operational strategies, proposing improvements to support growth and sustainability.
7. Establish and track performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
8. Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure smooth business continuity.
9. Promote a culture of accountability and teamwork within the organisation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in an operations or management role, preferably within the media, marketing, or service industries.
2. Proven experience managing teams of varied seniority levels.
3. Strong expertise in systems implementation, process optimisation, and operational strategy.
4. Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with digital tools and systems relevant to marketing or media industries.
2. Familiarity with scaling operations for growing organisations.
3. Prior exposure to financial budgeting and resource management.
