Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Consultant Child Psychiatrist and Chief Operating Officer for their client in Dubai, which is a new cutting-edge mental health facility for children.

We are looking for Consultant Child Psychiatrists with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of PQE and experience in an administrative leadership role within an inpatient pediatric mental health facility.

This is a senior management and clinical role.

Candidates with experience in setting up a new mental health facility or work experience in a new mental health facility would be preferred for this role.

The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for leading the facility and recommending, implementing clinical policies and procedures, supervising the providers and other clinical staff. Ensuring the continuous quality improvement program is administered in all clinical activities and participating as an integral part of the executive leadership team.

The COO will serve as a representative for the organization as it pertains to fostering partnerships throughout the communities they serve and will collaborate with other medical professionals within the medical community.

Salary: AED 80,000 per month plus family benefits.
