Reporting to the CEO, the COO will oversee core operational functions, implement strategic initiatives, and foster a high-performing culture. About The Role
The COO will develop and implement long-term business strategies in alignment with the CEO's vision. This includes overseeing business planning, execution, and operational system improvements, driving efficiency, and streamlining administrative and operational processes. The role requires identifying market trends and business opportunities to ensure continuous growth and developing performance metrics and reporting frameworks for optimal business oversight.
A key aspect of this role involves leading business transformation and change management initiatives. The COO will oversee leasing, logistics, projects, risk management, IT, and digital transformation functions, ensuring smooth integration and collaboration across all business units. Driving profitability and enhancing customer experience through process optimization will be a core focus.
The COO will also play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of integrity, inclusivity, and innovation within the organization. Leadership, inspiration, and development of high-performing teams across various business functions will be essential. The role requires implementing best practices in leadership development and succession planning while ensuring adherence to corporate governance and ethical standards.
