Job Description:

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Chief Operating Officer for their client in Al Ain, which owns and operates a chain of clinics and hospitals. We are looking for a COO with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in an operation leadership role within a large hospital setting. The COO will be responsible for the group of hospitals and clinics within the Emirate of Al Ain and for fostering meaningful collaboration between medical staff leadership, faculty, and clinical departments within the hospital group.

The COO will:

1. Plan, develop and implement improvements in hospital services.
2. Represent the hospital through various community and marketing initiatives.
3. Ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
4. Expand the hospital group's outreach and community activities to ensure the formation of effective partnerships.
5. Assist in the development of well-balanced clinical, academic, and research programs to attain operational and strategic success.
6. Focus on fiscal management, clinical management, outreach strategies, internal communication, consensus building, and compliance.
